The site’s hosting and form-delivery providers may also process routine technical information—such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and security logs—to operate and protect their services.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may receive information about page views, site interactions, referring pages, approximate location, browser or device characteristics, and whether an inquiry was successfully submitted. Inquiry-form fields are not sent to Google Analytics.

Service providers & retention

Inquiry submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to the Ember Lotus contact inbox. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained by its service for 30 days. Its handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Ember Lotus may retain the resulting inquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond, plan or provide requested services, and maintain appropriate business records. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

Optional website measurement is provided by Google Analytics. Google’s handling of Analytics information is described in its data safeguards information. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled on this website.
